1.  Material and content authorized on Mississippi Gulf Coast Pond Society Website:

The MS Gulf Coast Pond Society considers itself to be a "family" oriented website open to all ages.   With that premise, special care is taken to adhere to that policy and ensure the highest quality of water gardening images and content.  Content and images not allowed are as follows:

• Unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
   
• Harm minors in any way.  Much like a "G" rated movie - which is content for all ages, the Gulf Coast Pond Society Site will not permit anything in theme, language, nudity, and sex.  Specifically, images will not be accepted with even partial nudity.  No clothing that appears of a sexual or racial nature is permitted.
   
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent any current member of the Gulf Coast Pond Society.

Links are permitted to other member sites provided they meet our criteria above and relate specifically to gardening and water gardening.  Websites that act as windows or link to other sites that do not adhere to the criteria above are not permitted. 

It is our intent the Gulf Coast Pond Society Website remain a "family" oriented water gardening site, and not inadvertently provide access through secondary links to questionable sites.

The Gulf Coast Pond Society reserves all rights regarding content and images on this site.
